1\. Google Sign-In and OAuth Use
We accurately identify our application and request only necessary Google permissions. We keep OAuth credentials confidential and use only documented APIs.
2\. User Content and Community Standards
You own your content but grant us hosting/display rights. Prohibited: illegal content, harassment, fraud, IP violations. We may remove violations.
3\. Child and Minor Users
For users over 18 only. No child-directed features.
4\. Monetization and Advertising
Prohibited: counterfeit goods, drugs/weapons, violence, hate speech, adult content, scams. Pages must be clear/mobile-friendly.
5\. User-Generated Content Moderation
In-app reporting required. Prohibits child exploitation, self-harm promotion, deception. Proactive high-risk moderation.
6\. Acceptable Use and Spam
No spam, phishing, malware, scraping, unauthorized automation, or illegal activity.
7\. Security and Incident Response
Commercial security measures. Breach notification per law. No high-risk environments.
8\. Attribution, Branding, and Public Communications
You grant Engage Westport a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your name, logo, or trademarks solely on our website, marketing materials, client lists, and promotional content to identify you as a user or participant in our community platform. Such use must accurately reflect the relationship and not imply endorsement beyond participation. Neither party shall issue press releases, public announcements, or statements regarding the other without prior written approval, except as required by law. All branding uses must comply with the providing party's guidelines.

10\. Limitation of Liability
Our liability limited to fees paid (if any). Washington law governs.
We may modify Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use = acceptance.
